When will my order will shipped?

Because of the high volume of handmade orders we process, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of all orders. When you order vintage or clothing items, we do ship them as fast as possible, but sometimes our workload means a bit of a wait (which is totally worth it). Delivery time varies based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

All orders, including those with handmade items (buttons, stickers, etc.), are filled chronologically so as to be fair to everyone who orders, and usually take 2-4 weeks to be made and prepared for shipment. During exceedingly busy periods, especially the holidays, it can be longer. If you need rush shipping for any reason, email us at [email protected].

Do you provide tracking information for orders?

We do! Tracking information is sent to the email you provided during the checkout process. If you’d like a different email to be used, please let us know. Please be sure to provide the correct mailing address, as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands!

What shipping methods do you use?

When the item is less than 15 oz, we'll normally ship via USPS First Class, which takes about 3-5 business days for domestic purchases. Heavier items, above 15 oz, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive within 2-5 days. International shipping is normally sent via USPS First Class International, which takes 6-18 days to arrive, depending on your country's customs process. Priority Mail International (5-10 days) is available for rush purchases. How can I tell if an item will fit me?

We provide measurements of each item so you tell if an item will fit. We measure each item lying flat, so when considering our measurements, it is very important to remember to double the bust, waist and hips!

Don't worry; it's super easy to compare measurements! Just lay an item of your own out on a flat surface, matching the fit you want. Take measuring tape or a ruler and measure the bust (underarm seam to underarm seam), waist and hips. Double your measurements to take into account the back and front of the garment. Now compare with our measurements, remembering to double our bust, waist and hips numbers as well! You can also compare length measurements (we measure from the back of the neck to the bottom), shoulder width or sleeve lengths. Message us with any questions!

What's your return policy?

At this time, we do not offer a return policy. Most of our items are made to order and thus cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be sure to choose the correct size and art options when placing your order! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]!

I want to buy something, but I wish I could see the item differently! If I were to ask you for some more photos, would have be able to provide them?

Do you only have one of each item?

All of our vintage items are ONE-OF-A-KIND. If you like something, don't let it slip away; these items will never be sold again!

Can I get a different size than what you've listed?

Most clothing is available in different sizes. Email [email protected] with inquries. However, due to the nature of ONE-OF-KIND vintage clothing, we only carry ONE of each vintage piece! But don't fret if you love a particular one-of-a-kind vintage piece and it doesn't fit perfectly! Keep in mind that the tailor always makes any piece more flattering for your body! We do offer hemming services if you'd like something shortened.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments, all through PayPal. If you want to use a different payment method, just ask us via our CONTACT page, [email protected].


How secure is this store?

We use PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)! Definitely the safest way to pay online!

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can click through the PayPal prompts and choose to checkout as a guest if you do not have a PayPal account.
